Make It Monday #37

Hi everyone! I made a card for MIM challenge over at Papertrey Ink. The challenge is layered mats and frames. For my project I used one of the doily dies along with a tag it set and itty bitty birds and on my background I used the mehndi medallion stamp (love that set).
