Hi Everyone,
Today's card is all about using sentiments. I did a tri-fold card with the wrapped sentiment. I loved Kristina's card. So I gave it a try. I used mme paper along with memory box dies for the bird and I die cut the heart and then added some yellow cotton floss to go around the heart. I used an embossing folder for my tree and overlaid it onto the paper. The sentiment is from July's card kit available at SSS. Thanks for stopping by!

Day #4 of Stretch your stamps

Hi everyone,
Today I am sharing a card for day four of the online class. The only problem was I don't own any of what you would call graphic stamps. I sorta cheated on this one I used an embossing folder and did some ink press embossing and added some sewing to that along with a handmade flower. Thank you for stopping by. I have to look at all the beautiful cards in the gallery. Everyone has been very busy. I just love to look.

Day #3 Stretch your Stamps!

Hi everyone,
I must say this card was a challenge for me in many ways. I do not own an alphabet stamp set that is a good size but I do have various letters. Unfortunately they do not make a word....hahahaha.......So I changed it up a bit using my large X and some smaller letters from a Martha Stewart set. I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by today.

~~~The card that never got posted~~~~
Hello Everyone,
I thought I would share a card that I made for a challenge over at http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/ for papertreyink. Here is the picture they used for the inspiration, I loved the color combination that pretty yellow and the teal and green just beautiful.
So I took out one of my sets (I own a few) hahahaha and thought I would make my background paper using the small flowers. Then I made a rosette from a strip of paper and I scored it (didn't use a die and I do own a couple of the rosette dies). The paper is both papertrey ink and my minds eye. Anyway the clincher is I was a day late!! Of course.......oh well. I thought I would share it with you.
Have a marvelous day!! Thanks for stopping by.
