OWH Sketch Challenge #27

Good Afternoon everyone!! Today I made a card for the Operation Write Home Challenge.

I made my card using Martha Stewart punches and spellbinders Nestabilities. My stamps are from www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com, the set is called what's up buttercup.

Here is a picture of the sketch used. This was fun!! I really enjoyed it. This card will be going out in my package of cards to Dixie for OWH!!

Baby Card

I have not posted anything in almost a month!! Well it is Summah time and you all know how that goes. So many things to do and since our summers are so short we tend to try to enjoy every last second of it. But I have still been making cards. I just made this card for a Baby Shower that my daughter Amanda and I will be going to this weekend up at Shin Pond funny name huh!!! Her best friend has a little girl and is expecting a boy! My image is from Meljens designs and is adorable I might add. I used copics to color the image and my flower is made from a coffee filter along with some distress inks. Then I sprayed it with some perfect pearls and water in gold.

Wow it has been a while since I posted anything!! Oh well that's how it is in the summer too many things going on. I took a bunch of pictures today of the cards I made for OWH. I have used many different stamps such as Kraftin'Kimmie, Bugaboo, Mo's digital pencil, Sassy Cheryl's, Magnolia, Whipper Snapper, and many others. Here are the pic's:

Kraftin'Kimmie Challenge #32 triangles

I must say that I love my new stamps from Kimmie. Just adorable, fun to work with! I have never entered one of her challenges but when I received an email on it I was in! I just had to decide how to incorporate triangles onto my card I must say that is a real challenge. Here is what I came up with I hope you like it. Almost forgot to mention this is Eleanor!!

OWH Midweek Throwdown

Hello, I thought I would enter a card into the OWH midweek throwdown challenge!! Yay! You can use gold on your card without using any kind of glitter products. I used a gold embossing powder on the flower and branch stamps. Very simple, and yes I made that little pearl flower, one of my old jewelry making patterns. Trust me I have plenty of jewelry making items that I should put to use.
