Today I have a card that I made for a friends daughter who just graduated from college. I used my new image from Tiddly Inks you can find her here http://www.tiddlyinks.com/ the "Be bold, be you! Ballerina". I used my copics to color her along with spica pens for a little glitter :) The flower is made with a Tim Holtz die. The paper is from my minds eye. Love their paper. I took a flower chipboard piece and glued a piece of white felt to the back so I could slip my pin into it. I used pop dots to raise it off the card. I wish now that I took a picture of the inside of the card....darn. Oh well!! I hope you like it and thanks for taking the time to stop by today.
Welcome
My name is Mary and I love to play with paper and all the goodies. I think I have an addiction!! I just enjoy it so much.

Interactive Card!!
Hi
Yep I am back again!! I made an interactive card that I wanted to share with you. It is for my Mom and I sent it out today. I think she will like it :) She loves birds and butterflies. I used some sticky back canvas and dry embossed it with a Tim Holtz folder. Then I used a bit of distress ink in evergreen and yes there's that bird again.........hahahaha!! Told ya I loved it anyway I did the same thing covered a piece of cereal box with tissue tape and die cut it out. The paper is from papertrey ink and I distressed it and sewed it on. Added some twine and a button. Now the inside of the card is from a video that Shari Carroll shared over at the Hero arts blog http://www.heroarts.com/learning/technique.cfm?techID=252 you can watch it here. I thought it was so clever I had to use it. I hope you like it. Thanks for visiting today.

A cut above bonus day!
Hello everyone,
I made this card and never did post it in the gallery. My Mom got real sick and was in ICU and is doing better every day and is out of ICU but it will take a while. Anyway I made this card for bonus day using negative space. My paper is from my minds eye and lawn fawn and the bird is a memory box die. Love that bird!!! One of my best purchases ever!! I used a piece of a cereal box and covered it with some of Tim Holtz tissue tape and then die cut the bird.
